This page identifies the owner of the LeaveMore site and the general conditions of use, in compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

LeaveMore is a project developed by a natural person. It is not a regulated economic activity at this time.
2. Nature of the service
LeaveMore is a pilot application in validation phase. Its goal is to help itinerant travellers see the positive impact their spending has on villages and local businesses. The service is provided as-is, without availability guarantees, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
3. Limitation of liability
The owner is not responsible for content uploaded by users. Each user is responsible for the truthfulness of the receipts they upload and for respecting third-party rights (for example, not including other people's personal data in the images).
4. Intellectual property
The design, code and texts of LeaveMore belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. Cartographic data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license).
5. Applicable law
Relations between the owner and users are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless consumer regulations require otherwise.
